Guarantee Rules/Deposit Policy

Credit Card or online payments details are required at the time of booking. For reservations guaranteed with a form of payment at time of booking, rooms are held until hotel’s check-out time of the day following guest’s arrival.

Rate/Reservation Validity

Please note that electronic reservation confirmations are provided to you solely for your convenience and that we retain official records of our reservation transactions, including details of dates of stay and room rates.

In the event of discrepancies, alterations, modifications, or variations between this confirmation and our official records shall control.

Tampering with this confirmation to alter the room rate, or any other reservation information is strictly prohibited and may have legal consequences.

Early Departures

Oritel Service Apartments has an early departure fee. When you check-in, you will be asked to confirm your departure date. You may be able to change your departure date without a penalty if your rate plan permits and if you do so before the end of your arrival day. After reconfirming your departure date, if you decide to leave earlier, you may be charged the early departure fee.

Children & Extra Adult Policy

Children up to 6 years stay free in parent’s room. Age group of 6 years and above is considered extra person and will be charged INR 1000 + taxes

Pets Policy

Pets are not allowed.

Special Check-in Instruction

  • Check-in 12 noon & Check-out 11:00 am
  • In keeping with the prevalent security procedures we request you to produce following upon arrival – Photo ID is mandatory for all the individuals checking-in in the hotel
  • All Foreign Nationals – Original Passport and Visa.
  • Room reserved only for Adult only 20years & above.
  • All Indian Nationals – Government Approved Photo ID with Address Proof i.e. Driving License / Passport / Voter ID Card / Aadhar Card.
  • Early checkin & Late Check out is subject to availability & charges will be applicable .
  • Laundry
  • Kindly deposit your linen along with your signed laundry list to Housekeepers before 3.00 pm and delivery of the same will be done on the next evening after 6.00 pm. Extra charges will be applicable for express laundry services. Kindly ask for Dry cleaning of your expensive clothes. Management does not take responsibility for any damage of any kind whatsoever. Dry Iron box with board is available in every room, if not then you may request on Ext.9

The cooking facility we provide Induction hot plate, utensils on reasonable monthly charges, please contact the front desk on Ext.9

We have 24×7 in-house housekeeping and maintenance staff at Oritel to take care of any maintenance issues.

Long staying guest is requested to verify and settle all their bills a day prior to their checkout dates to avoid delay.

Management reserves the right to change any of the points mentioned above at any point of time for the betterment of services.
